📈 Clients on Tap: Convert 1% Into Clients Today and Nurture the Rest

You turn the faucet and water comes out.
Every business wants a flow of clients as dependable as that.
A wealth management firm we work with is no different.
Their goal?
Land high net worth clients (clients today) while growing a newsletter audience (clients tomorrow)
Here’s the funnel we just built for them.
The Funnel
Our static and video ads on Meta call out their ideal customer profile (ICP) in the first 2 seconds.
(e.g., “Have $400,000 in investable assets? Listen up.)
When they click the ad, they land on page 1 of a survey that collects their email only.

Their landing page is converting at 68% right now.
When new subscribers submit, they move to page 2 of the survey built with conditional logic to qualify them.

As soon as someone doesn’t meet one of their criteria, they’re redirected to a normal newsletter thank you page.
Qualified leads (meet asset requirements, won’t spend the money selfishly on ice cream, etc.) are presented with a calendar to book a call with their team.
How it’s going


The Math
Here’s how the math is shaking out in the early days:
$1.30 to acquire an email subscriber
40% of new subscribers meet ICP criteria = $3.25 per qualified lead
8 calls booked (1% conversion rate to booked call, working on getting this much higher) = ~$130 per booked call
Average annual value of a client is ~ $5k.
If they only close 1 of 10 calls booked, they're looking at over 350% ROI in year 1.
This isn’t even taking into account everything that happens after subscribers sign up to the newsletter:

Talk directly to your ideal clients in every part of the funnel.
Give the 1% who are ready an early chance to book a call with you during a moment of high intent (newsletter subscription).
Nurture the rest on autopilot (1-2 week welcome sequence) and in your ongoing content (regular newsletter).
This funnel works for high ticket coaching, consulting, agency services, accounting or CFO services, investment syndicates and more.
If the LTV of a client is thousands of dollars and you sell on a sales call, you’re in prime position to run this funnel.
